These sound relaxations promote the production of alpha and theta brain waves. These brain waves are associated with a state of deep relaxation, calmness and may help reduce stress.

During the session, you can sit or lie down comfortably. You will be able to fully relax and enjoy the benefits of the crystal singing bowls and soothing instruments in a safe and nurturing space. 

When: Wednesday, 22 April
Time: 7.00 – 8.00 pm
Venue: 34 Champion Road, Richmond 7020
            Meeting room at Whakatu Presbyterian Church
Cost: $25

Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat or a softer camping mattress, which is ideal. Also, bring a blanket and a cushion for your head—anything to keep you warm and comfortable.
