Sika is a sound artist from Takaka, Golden Bay. His national tour of New Zealand includes an incredible 24 locations from Te Anau to Whangarei. He has performed worldwide for over 30 years and is highly recognised for his unique Sound Journeys.
Sika has recorded fourteen solo albums and played on numerous collaborative projects.

Woven into this sonic blanket are foraged objects and sounds recorded in nature. Wrapped in this cocoon of abstract sound, we can find ourselves in magical, timeless realms where anything is possible.

There will be two journeys with an interval.
The Sound Journeys begin and end with a short guided visualisation that creates a safe space to relax deeply and connect with our inner guidance.
Most people choose to lie down, so please bring a yoga mat, pillow and blanket to get really comfortable. Chairs are available on request.
A journal is also recommended.
