This Women’s Winter Day Retreat offers a ceremonial space to slow down and attune with what is alive within, listen to our deep wisdom, express our authentic selves and learn from the cycles of nature. Together we will cultivate a deep and sustaining self-love, stillness and presence - to nourish our nervous systems and build resilience to walk through life in our authentic strength. 

Together we will nourish our bodies, hearts and minds with:

We welcome all women to this event. We welcome women in all ages and stages of life to bring their wisdom, their struggles and their dreams to this circle. We welcome those longing to deepen their connection to sisterhood and community - we are stronger together, supporting and uplisting each other to thrive. Come and meet new people, from friendships, be supported by this womb web. We welcome those feeling overwhelm, anxiety, fear - there is so much going on in our lives and in our world, so let this be a space of refuge, a space to feel and express those feelings and to be held by community, held by nature, held together.
