Rooted in Calm is designed for mothers who have some prior hypnobirthing experience and are ready to deepen their calm, strengthen their confidence, and fully anchor into their body’s innate wisdom.

This advanced series will help you:

• Enter calm quickly and reliably
• Deepen hypnosis and relaxation
• Strengthen mind-body connection
• Release remaining fear or tension
• Feel grounded, confident, and ready for birth

Birth unfolds most naturally when you feel safe, supported, and deeply calm. This series is designed to provide you with tools, strategies and practice to support you on a grounded and empowered birthing experience.
