Join Heidi from “Refinery ArtSpace” and learn to crochet. This workshop is for absolute beginners.

“Nelson City Crochet Canopy Project” is underway! Take part in creating an incredible crochet canopy that will be installed in the Nelson city centre.

All contributions from groups and individuals welcome. Get your group together and come up with a crochet creation to add to the canopy! From an old blanket that you’re not using anymore, to a few granny squares … this is a community collaboration – every piece will help to make the canopy big and beautiful!

Donations of wool gratefully accepted anytime at Refinery ArtSpace, 114 Hardy Street, Nelson.
