The festival allows you to discover a multiplicity of yoga styles, such as Vinyasa, Hatha, Yoga Nidra, Yin Yoga, and Kundalini. All classes are included with your ticket, giving you the freedom to follow your intuition each day and select the sessions that speak to you.

Whether you are new to yoga or an experienced practitioner, this is your chance to deepen your own practice and take some time for yourself.
