The NBS Tinbum Triathlon is back for 2026! Join this fun community race at Pōhara Beach with timed results, a supportive atmosphere, and a course suitable for most fitness levels.
Start time: 10:30am (earlier this year to align with the high tide.)

Location: Pōhara Beach TOP 10 Holiday Park
Course overview:
• Swim: Short 300m open-water swim near shore
• Bike: 6.5km off-road/cross-country ride with some hills (walking sections absolutely fine)
• Run: 5km beach run to the finish with plenty of support from spectators
After the race:
Join us at Molly B’s for prizegiving.
Event proceeds go to Mohua Social Services, helping local families with sports fees, school costs, transport support, and more.
