Each session includes a parenting topic, honest kōrero, and time to rest, reflect and enjoy a hot drink together.

10am Tuesdays (starting 26 May til 23 June) at Headingly Centre, Richmond. Ideal for those with babies due March - May. It’s okay if baby (or you) are not ready for the first sessions - join when you wish.

There's space for prams, capsules, baby wearing, bottle and breast feeding.

Whilst this is a free course, please email intoparenthood@gmail.com if you no longer wish to attend so that your place can be given to someone else on the waitlist. Thanks to Tasman District Library for the funding.
