In the face of the growing social, political and ecological challenges of our era, it is important for us to have focused times and safe spaces to anchor our connection with what deeply matters within ourselves and with the world we care about.
In a small group setting surrounded by nature this workshop will offer an opportunity for expressing and normalizing the many emotions which can arise: grief, shock, anger, guilt etc. This helps to move us from silence and isolation to finding gratitude, shared meaning and resiliency in order to actively move forward together.
