The nurturing, gentle restorative Yoga focuses on relaxing the body deeply in restful postures. This deep rest allows the body to recharge and rebalance.
Slowing down the practice and allowing the restorative power to take effect does wonders for the body.
One of the benefits of restorative yoga is that it helps calm and balance the nervous system, bringing its response system back into equilibrium. Countless studies have proven the physical and emotional benefits of this.
When: Friday 27th of February, 6.30 to 8 pm
Where: Yoga studio at 143 White Road, 7081 Hope, New Zealand
We will provide yoga bolsters, blocks and blankets for the yoga poses.
Please bring a cushion to rest your head on and a blanket for warmth.
Beginners with no knowledge of Yoga are welcome.
