Conscious Dance at Warwick House

❄️ A warm invitation to come together out of the cold and dance in presence with yourself and community.
There will be some gentle guidance to land you in the space, a juicy, free space to move, feel and express in the middle followed by some nurturing integration at the end.

🧡 This is a space to be in full authenticity and explore whatever it is that wants move in you. No steps to follow—just full freedom to be where you’re at and express your aliveness.
