We will open in circle, followed by some gentle guidance to land you in the space, a juicy, free space to move, feel and express yourself. The music will be mainly electronic dance music mixed with some intentional waves to activate different expression, followed by some grounding integration at the end ✨

? This is a space to lean into your authenticity and explore whatever it is that wants move in you. No steps to follow, no judgement — just full freedom to be where you’re at and express your aliveness.

All bodies and abilities welcome!

Please note this is an alcohol free  and substance free event - we encourage sobriety to be fully present with the experience.

Tickets are $20 (waged) $15 (unwaged) cash at door. (If cost is a barrier for your joining us please be in touch, energy exchange for set up and pack down are an option)
