- **Event Description**: After many wonderful visits, workshops, and mantra gatherings in Motueka over the years, I'm looking forward to returning this July to share an afternoon of deep relaxation, connection, and uplifting mantra chanting & kirtan.

In a world that rarely slows down, practices such as Yoga Nidra and mantra offer a simple yet profound opportunity to reset. Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation that helps release accumulated tension from the body and mind, while mantra and kirtan bring people together through sound, rhythm, and shared presence.

No experience is needed. Whether you're completely new to these practices or returning for another experience, this event is designed to be accessible, nourishing, and deeply restorative.

✨ From 3 pm. Yoga Nidra. Arrive 10 mins prior to settle in. Led by Sannyasi Adhyatma - Cam Aaron Tonks from the Golden Bay.
