Irene will hold space for a 𝐂𝐚𝐜𝐚𝐨 𝐑𝐢𝐭𝐮𝐚𝐥, where we will honour and use the heart-opening, gentle and maternal energy of 100% pure, handcrafted Cacao to make room for everything that deserves our loving attention.⁣
A moment to 𝘱𝘢𝘶𝘴𝘦, 𝘳𝘦𝘭𝘢𝘹 and to 𝘧𝘦𝘦𝘭. An opportunity to open yourself up to 𝘳𝘦𝘤𝘦𝘪𝘷𝘦 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘪𝘯𝘧𝘰𝘳𝘮𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯 𝘺𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘩𝘦𝘢𝘳𝘵 𝘩𝘢𝘴 𝘧𝘰𝘳 𝘺𝘰𝘶. Information that often goes unnoticed in the busyness of everyday life.⁣

Estefania will guide us through a practice called 𝐕𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐓𝐨𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 to 𝘦𝘹𝘱𝘭𝘰𝘳𝘦 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘱𝘰𝘸𝘦𝘳 𝘰𝘧 𝘺𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘷𝘰𝘪𝘤𝘦, a precious instrument that is yours to play with. The intention is not aesthetic performance, but to experience the therapeutic effects of your own sound and vibration within your body. Rather than “singing nicely”, the focus is on 𝘥𝘪𝘴𝘤𝘰𝘷𝘦𝘳𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘺𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘵𝘳𝘶𝘦 𝘷𝘰𝘪𝘤𝘦, how it sounds when we create space for it to travel through us, when we allow ourselves to be heard. This is also an opportunity to discover and 𝘮𝘦𝘦𝘵 𝘸𝘪𝘵𝘩 𝘤𝘰𝘮𝘱𝘢𝘴𝘴𝘪𝘰𝘯 𝘢𝘯𝘺 𝘣𝘢𝘨𝘨𝘢𝘨𝘦, 𝘤𝘰𝘯𝘥𝘪𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯𝘪𝘯𝘨, 𝘫𝘶𝘥𝘨𝘦𝘮𝘦𝘯𝘵 that we may carry around our own voice.⁣

Cacao gives relaxation and at the same time it provides increased awareness and creativity. In addition to these properties, cacao has many other positive and stimulating effects on the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual body.⁣

ABOUT VOCAL TONING
Vocal Toning is a simple and powerful practice that consists of producing sustained vowel sounds while focusing intention on different areas of the body. The sound of our own voice creates 𝘷𝘪𝘣𝘳𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯𝘴 𝘵𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘵𝘳𝘢𝘷𝘦𝘭 𝘵𝘩𝘳𝘰𝘶𝘨𝘩 𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘣𝘰𝘥𝘺, 𝘩𝘢𝘳𝘮𝘰𝘯𝘪𝘻𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘳𝘦𝘴𝘰𝘯𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘪𝘯 𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘦𝘯𝘦𝘳𝘨𝘦𝘵𝘪𝘤 𝘤𝘦𝘯𝘵𝘦𝘳𝘴 (chakras) and associated physical organs.
