Learn, embrace or deepen the gentle, yet powerful and practical skill of being mindful.
The meditations will be guided and focused mainly on the breath, gradually moving to being mindful of mental activity, and moving even subtler inwardly to being mindful of awareness itself. Learn also how to focus on mindfulness of motivations, and how to transform them into being compassionate and wise. It will include full days in silence. This retreat will support developing a regular meditation practice.
Through yoga, explore how meditative movement balances the energy in the body and mind. Use movement to experience a more expansive, calm, and clear mind, which in turn deepens our meditative experience and helps us to uncover our inner clarity.
The retreat is suitable for everyone, beginners and advanced practitioners. Come exactly as you are.
$140 for the weekend, includes meditation, yoga, and healthy vegetarian food.
