I, Loren, will be hosting this Sunday session with a different intention. I have been embracing this winter with all my being, and I feel inspired to create a space for some softness and slowness. 

Rather than our usual wave building to a dance-off peak moment, I'm envisioning a set where I gather all my favourite songs to dance the inner dance, the one that moves me deeply, even if my body itself moves ever so slowly and gently.

Basically... I'll be playing my favourite songs. Candles will most definitely light the space.

As Monica is away, there will be a little less facilitation this time, and the music will be our guide.
