🧘‍♀️ Join yoga instructor, Chevayo in the cozy yurt as she guides you through this traditional yogic solstice practice.📿
An opportunity to set intentions and weave your prayers with this potent asana practice. ✨🙏✨
Welcoming the return of the light and abundance for the new year ahead. 🕯️ ✨☀️
Moving through the repetitive rhythm of the sun salutations will challenge your physical and mental limits deepening your practice and connection with mind, body, breath and spirit. The intensity of the practice builds the Anagi ( fire) within you. Strengthening your inner light, you will leave glowing and feeling empowered for doing it! 🔥
Do not worry we will not be doing the 108 all at once! During this practice we will take silent resting breaks.
Available to all levels, you are welcome to join in or to stop and rest or modify when needed.
