Exploring Art Journaling

“Art journaling offers numerous benefits, including stress reduction, enhanced creativity, and self-discovery. It provides a safe space to explore emotions, experiment with art techniques, and develop a personal artistic style. By combining visual and written forms of expression, art journaling can be a powerful tool for personal growth and emotional well-being.”

Each participant will be given their own blank journal. We will explore different techniques for mixed media, collage, painting, doodling, and writing prompts to create a unique visual narrative for each participant.
