Cast aside your winter blahs and come learn with us!
We’re excited to invite gardeners of all experience levels to join us on March 21 for a day of inspiration, learning and connection with garden enthusiasts and experts right here in northeast Wisconsin. In its 25th year, our popular garden conference has taken on a new name — the Winter Thaw Garden Symposium — but it's sure to continue our association's long tradition of educating our friends and neighbors about all things horticulture.
This new name reflects our effort to refocus our mission to educate the public. The Symposium will feature many familiar elements — including learning sessions presented by knowledgeable speakers, several opportunities to shop from more than a dozen artful vendors, and great food — but all of it will be presented with a fresh look and feel.
The highlights of the special day we have planned include:
• Educational sessions on…
- Going Native
- Herbology
- In the Shade Garden
- Amazing Peonies
• Several opportunities to browse a gardening-inspired vendor marketplace
• Light morning nibbles and a full luncheon
• Free door prize raffles!
