Nervous System Reset: A Journey From Activation to Deep Rest

This is a carefully curated experience designed to guide you back to balance—to a quieter, more grounded state within yourself.

Many of us move through life in a constant current of stimulation, stress, and overdrive. This practice offers a gentle pause—a space to soften, slow down, and reconnect. Through a thoughtfully guided 2.5-hour journey, we’ll move from subtle activation into deep, nourishing restoration.

We’ll begin with a gentle yoga practice to release held tension and reawaken the body, creating space to feel and listen within. From there, we’ll transition into breathwork designed to regulate the nervous system, gently guiding you out of “fight or flight” and into a more steady, grounded presence.

As the body begins to settle, we’ll move into fascia release and long-held, yin-inspired postures—inviting deeper layers of tension to unwind and dissolve. This portion of the practice encourages the body to soften, the mind to quiet, and the nervous system to recalibrate.

Our time together will close with yoga nidra, often described as “yogic sleep”—a deeply restorative state where the body rests fully while awareness remains. Here, integration happens naturally, allowing you to absorb the effects of the practice and return to yourself with greater ease.

This experience is open to all levels and especially supportive for anyone feeling overwhelmed, depleted, or in need of intentional rest.
