(check in begins 1 hour before each squad)

Registration fee: $30 per bowler ($60 per pair)

Bowl 4 games throw out the low score!

FORMAT: Scotch Doubles is alternating shot format.
Bowler(1) throws ball one, if Bowler(1) strikes, then Bowler(2) throws ball one in the next frame. If Bowler(1) doesn't strike, Bowler(2) throws the spare. Bowler(1) then throws ball one again in the next frame. Alternating shots continue even in fill frames 11& 12. Bowler(1) will start game 1 & 3, Bowler(2) will start game 2 & 4

Handicap calculation: Handicap will be 90% of 220. Handicap will be the combined sum of both bowlers. Calculation will be:
220 minus bowler 1 average, multiply by .9 = bowler 1 handicap
220 minus bowler 2 average, multiply by .9 = bowler 2 handicap
Bowler 1 handicap + bowler 2 handicap, divide total by 2 for paired handicap
(Max. game 300 - Max. series 900) 

AVERAGE: Average used will be based on the following;
• Your highest league average with 21 games from the 2024-25 bowling season
• If no average from last season, use highest current league average with 15 games minimum
• If no current average, all bowlers will enter with a 170 average standard

(If your current average is 10 pins higher than last years average regardless of number of games, you will use your current average)

You may bowl in both squads with the same partner or a different partner but you must pay the entry fee for both squads if entering again! If you bowl with the same partner, you only cash ONCE.

Come out and bowl to help support the Peru State Collegiate Bowling Teams raise money for their program! Money raised helps fund their tournament trips, the program and all things that enable them compete against other colleges from around the country!
