Bronleigh House, Neath Sound Bath

Sound Bath – Bronleigh House
Wednesday 4th March | 7:30pm–8:30pm

An hour to properly switch off.

An immersive sound bath to help your nervous system slow down and your body settle without effort. You’ll lie down comfortably while surrounded by layered sound from crystal bowls, gongs and grounding instruments that work gently but deeply.

No experience needed. Nothing to achieve. Just rest.

These sessions are intentionally steady and spacious. The focus is creating conditions for the body to unwind naturally — not chasing intensity, not forcing calm.

What to bring:
Yoga mat or something comfortable to lie on
Blanket (you will cool down)
Pillow/cushion for support
Water

Doors open 15 minutes before start time. Please arrive early so we can begin promptly at 7:30pm.

Suitable for ages 12+.

If you’ve been feeling wired, tired or stretched thin, this is your space to stop. One hour. No demands. Just space to reset.
