          We are excited to invite you to a special one-day workshop introducing the Donna Eden Energy Method, taught by Megann Thomas of Maysville, Kentucky. Megann is a Certified Advanced Eden Energy Method Practitioner with more than 30 years of experience in integrative therapeutic work. For the past 12 years, she has trained extensively in the Eden Energy Method, a practical approach that helps people understand and work with the body's natural energy systems.
          This hands-on workshop will introduce simple techniques designed to help support energy flow, reduce stress, improve focus, increase vitality, and encourage the body's natural ability to maintain balance. Participants will learn practical tools they can use in everyday life for themselves and their families.
          Whether you are new to energy work or have explored holistic wellness before, this seminar offers an opportunity to experience empowering techniques that can help you feel more energized, centered, and connected. We invite you to join us for a day of learning, discovery, and community as we explore the remarkable energy systems that support health and well-being.
