Eventica Travels holds the right to cancel the booking and trip at any time with refunds. 8. We constantly strive to improve tour itineraries and features. If such improvements can be made, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control make changes necessary - we reserve the right to vary itineraries and to substitute hotels. 9. In case of the closure of any spot mentioned in the itinerary, the guide will determine an alternate route for the day. 10. In case of late arrival, the tour bus will leave after 15 minutes of waiting. Eventica Travels will take no responsibility and bear no extra expense in case of such incident. 11. Eventica can cancel the trip of any member who misbehaves with fellow member at any time during the trip. 12. Members shall be regarded as carrying their own risk with respect to loss or injury to person or property. The company is not liable for any loss, injury, accident, damage, delay or expense which may arise during the tour. 13. No refunds shall be made in any case if a member leaves/exits during the trip. 14. No refunds shall be made in case of rain, storm, landslide, road closure, accident, flat tire, engine failure, vehicle malfunction, strikes, protests or any other form of political unrest. 15. Any complaints related to the services (Camps/Hotels, transport, meals etc) during the trip must be reported immediately to the group leader or on-ground representative. Complaints made after the trip will be considered carefully but will not result in a guaranteed compensation. 18.
