Mornings start with mindful yoga, creating stability and presence. Then we head out to the rocks: climbing in the wild, feeling the earth beneath us and the sky above — a chance to challenge ourselves and awaken strength, balance and trust in our bodies.

We’ll be staying at Perivoli Country Hotel & Retreat, nestled among orange groves and olive trees just outside Nafplio. The hotel offers cozy, comfortable rooms with fireplaces or balconies, a relaxed vibe, a swimming pool, and sweeping views over the valley and sea. 

Evenings will be gentle and nourishing — fresh meals made with local ingredients, time to rest or walk under the stars, and a sense of calm that only nature and community can bring.

This retreat is for everyone: whether you come with climbing experience or are new to both yoga and climbing — you only need curiosity, open breath, and willingness to explore.
