Join Kasey for a tranquil and heart-opening Floating Sound Bath Meditation as we honor this celestial shift.

You’ll be gently cradled in a hammock, cocooned in weightless stillness as waves of healing sound wash over you. The meditative tones of chakra-tuned Quartz Crystal Singing Bowls, handmade Tibetan bowls, gong, and chimes will guide you into deep relaxation, balancing your energy and nurturing a profound sense of peace.

Floating above the earth, you’ll be held in sacred stillness - a space for self-reflection, emotional release, and setting powerful intentions for the coming year. This immersive experience harmonizes body, mind, and spirit, helping you connect with the introspective energy of the season and embrace the light returning within and around you.

Please wear comfortable, cozy clothing and bring anything that enhances your comfort.
