We will have a break outside and wholesome snacks and treats will be providedSPECIAL GUESTS:I’m delighted to have the two beautiful Daly sistas Niamh & Eimer coming along to teach a fun, flowy yoga session, suitable for all levels ??‍♀️This is going to be a really joyful, inspiring day with lots of opportunities for connection - I’m going to open up the floor at if anyone has anything they would like to share - whether it’s a poem you’ve written, a song you love to sing, a story to share - any special gift you would like to express!
