This circle is an opportunity to learn more about cacao, to drink it together in community with other likeminded souls, and to relax and enjoy a beautiful guided meditation ✨What is Cacao?Cacao is a gentle, heart-opening plant medicine that has been used for centuries in rituals and communal gatherings. It is the raw, unprocessed seed of the Theobroma cacao tree, which is the foundational ingredient used to make all chocolate and cocoa. Drinking Cacao has many health benefits as it is rich in nutrients, antioxidents and magnesium. The naturally occuring chemical compounds in cacao also support emotional openness, presence, and connection. It invites us to soften, listen inwardly, and meet ourselves with compassion. When taken with intention, cacao becomes a ritual companion, helping us open the heart, ground in the body, and connect more deeply with ourselves and one another.The Full MoonThis circle is just a couple of days before the August Full Moon. Full moons are a great time to release something that no longer serves us so our session will include some a few minutes to journal around what you wish to release this month.No previous experience is necessary. Please wear something comfortable. You may wish bring some layers so you don't get cold during the meditation in this session.Note there is free parking available onsite.
