At 8:45 AM, the group will head outside together for a guided stretch and warm-up, then at 10:00 AM start a self-paced 1.5-mile round-trip walk, jog, or run to Pepper Park, where a Sessions water station will be available.After returning to Sessions, participants can cool down, relax, and connect. Guests may choose to purchase beverages or products to enjoy in the immersive space/ Speak Easy.All participants receive a complimentary lounge pass.This is not a race—there’s no pace requirement and no pressure.Come move your body, meet new people, and start your day on a high.
