JourneyDance™: The Embodied Heart
Listening to what lives within. Letting Life move you.
To honor where our heart aches
To let grief live & celebrate how deeply we love
To feel the deeper currents of desire moving through us
To remember what has always been true in us
Move. Feel. Come home to your body.

The Embodied Heart
This JourneyDance is an invitation to come into the depth of your feeling body and listen to the intelligence of your heart.
Not the heart shaped by outside expectations…
but the heart that remembers what has wanted to live through you for a long time.
The longings that don’t leave.
The desires that feel alive, creative, generative.
In this space, we’ll explore:
The difference between desires that arise from within vs. those shaped by outside influence
What it’s like to let desire move through us, rather than trying to control or suppress it
How embodying the heart can expand our sense of who we are
How honoring what feels alive - even when it’s unconventional - becomes an act of courage and inspiration
Desire isn’t something we choose.
It moves through us.
And when we listen from the body, connected to the flow of Life, that energy becomes nourishing instead of depleting.
This is a space to feel deeply, move honestly, and let your aliveness be seen.
When we honor what wants to live through us, we give others permission to do the same.
What is JourneyDance™?
JourneyDance™ is a guided dance experience where you move your body in your own way.
There is no choreography, no mirrors, and no pressure to dance “right.”
You don’t need dance experience.
You don’t need to be confident.
If you have a body, you’re welcome.
People come to JourneyDance to:
Let go of stress
Feel more alive and connected
Move emotions through the body
Remember how to listen to themselves
Reconnect with what truly gives them energy
This is a space to move, feel, rest, and be yourself.
What Happens?
You’ll be gently guided through:
Grounding and breath to settle your nervous system
Slow warm-ups and free dance to music
Moving solo and, if you choose, in shared space
Clear consent and choice at all times
A calm closing circle to integrate and land
You are always in control of how much you move, connect, or rest.
What to Bring
