Join us for another year of connection & collaboration to support housing initiatives in our rural Colorado communities.

About this Event

This year’s theme, Resilient Homes, Resilient Communities, highlights the critical work underway to preserve existing housing, strengthen community stability, and advance innovative solutions that support long-term housing sustainability.

Attendees will gain timely insights and practical strategies from statewide partners and local practitioners working on the front lines of housing in Colorado. Sessions will feature a State of the State update from Housing Colorado; discussion of homeowners insurance and HOA challenges; strategies for preserving existing housing stock through sustainability efforts and home repair grant programs; program and policy updates from the Colorado Division of Housing; a Manufactured Homes Student Cohort discussion; Innovative Housing: Speed Rounds; and a Prop 123 commitment fulfillment update from the Colorado Department of Local Affairs and the Town of Silverton.

After two days of engaging discussions and expert-led sessions, unwind each evening at the relaxing Mt. Princeton Hot Springs Resort — the perfect setting to connect with peers and recharge.

✨ New This Year: VeroTouch 3D Printed Homes Tour

In alignment with this year’s theme of innovation and resilience, we are excited to offer an optional post-conference tour of the VeroTouch 3D printed homes on Tuesday following the conference. This guided tour will provide a firsthand look at emerging construction technology and its potential role in creating more resilient housing solutions for Colorado communities.
