The holiday season is crazy. Unwind for with us under some fun lights~~~
Join us for an evening of yoga led by Bethany Mills, set to live music by Jarren Blair, followed by a soundbath led by Allison Forslund at Aura Haus Studio!
Class will begin promptly at 6pm. Please allow yourself a few extra minutes to settle in before class begins. At the end of the yoga flow, we will seamlessly transition into a meditative, restorative soundbath experience.
All levels are welcome! All you need is a mat and water. Bring additional clothing layers for comfort during the soundbath if you'd like.
This is a donation based, pay what you value event. Please use this page to sign up for free. We will collect donations at the event! If something changes and you cannot make it, please cancel your order to allow others to join!
