We’re hosting a workshop reading in the beautiful historic venue Estelle, followed by a Q&A session. The Lady Doth Protest is a darkly comic, present-day battle of the sexes. The Fool, a self-made "scholar," clings to the Bard for relevance until his authority is upended, sparking a messy reclamation of voice between two lonely people. Fast, physical, and sharply funny the play invites the audience into the room as a living presence whose attention, laughter, and judgment shape the moment.Cash BAR and SNACKS provided.
