Join us for an evening of intentional rest, reflection, and reclamation inside the evocative space of “To Gather Together,” a visual archive honoring Black community life—where past and present meet in moments of shared resistance, joy, and belonging.

This gentle restorative yoga experience is designed for everyBODY and everyONE, with Black belonging, healing, and visibility at its heart. Together, we will slow down, breathe deeply, and explore how our bodies can become vessels of presence—how we take up space with softness, power, and truth.

Led by Ashley Brooke James, this restorative yoga experience centers Black belonging while welcoming everyBODY and everyONE. Rooted in the theme of space + belonging, we’ll explore what it means to take up space—on the mat, in the body, and the world.

🧘🏾‍♀️ Expect:

• A restorative + gentle flow practice rooted in breath and grounding
• A cool, calming space enhanced by beautiful art, essential oils, and intentional music (playlist sent to participants)
• Time for journaling + personal reflection + community circle to gather, connect, and speak truth

This isn’t just a yoga class. This is a space to slow down, feel safe, and reconnect. Come as you are—leave grounded, seen, and restored.
