- **Event Description**: Join Dr. Tamurah on a relaxing Sound Journey. Surf the high vibrational energetics of black tourmaline, tanzanite and lapis lazuli amplified by crystal and refined with a Sanskrit gong. Although we use several instruments, below are just the benefits of crystal bowls:

The relaxing tones of crystal bowls have been shown to restore the normal vibratory frequencies of diseased and out-of-harmony parts of the body, mind and soul.

Studies have shown that sound has a direct impact on the mental processes, muscles, nervous system, heartbeat, pulse, digestive system and circulatory system.

Alignment with the tones of the Crystal Bowls is one of the most dynamic forms of sound healing found today.

There are many benefits to using crystal singing bowls, here are just a few:

Significantly reduces stress and anxiety
Stimulates the immune system
It assists with lowering blood pressure and anger
Deep relaxation and pain relief
Assists with chakra cleansing and balancing
Helps to calm overactive adrenals
Increases mental and emotional clarity

Please RSVP as space is limited. Also, we suggest you bring a yoga mat, cushions, pillows, eye masks, blankets--whatever you need to be comfortable laying down. Throw in a pen and a journal as you may wish to record an amazing experience!
