We will have light food and drinks, hear a brief introduction from the founders of KNOW-WARE SOLUTIONS about BMHV, as well as a little overview of sound therapy in prepartion for a 45 min sound bath.  This event is all about supporting Black men through healing vibrations and mindful presence.Come as you are, relax, and connect in a welcoming space designed to uplift and inspire.
