Also, a heads up: Nations Run Club will be temporarily moving to the Centennial (everyone's favorite Nations bar) while Southern Grist closes to more officially become Xul. This is probably in August now (not early July as we were originally told). Stay tuned.

Safety first people... It's no longer dark but bright colors never hurt. Choose your own adventure and be safe out there!

This is a voluntary, run at your own risk club. These routes are only suggested, but they are open courses with all of the normal hazards of urban running. Be careful out there! Safety first.

Start time and place: 6:30pm, Southern Grist (Xul?) in the Nations (5012 Centennial Blvd.).

Paces: People of all paces will be there. Find your people. Push yourself or don't. Run happy.

Beverages afterward: Lovely beers and more. **Runners get $2 off pints (16oz) - might need to remind the bartender** SG's water tap is also one of the finest in town, serving fresh 'Cumberland Punch.' And lots of restaurant choices nearby.
