All throughout, the space will open for communal sharing of what is coming up for us. At the end, we will formally close the circle with a dedication of the merit.This month we will be learning about and practicing the Tibetan transmutation practice of Tonglen.This is communal care, cultivating awareness as resistance, taking responsibility for our inner change to shape our outer world.If possible, please bring a journal and a meditation cushion, blanket or whatever keeps you cozy as well as warm tea or your preferred hydration.This is a donation-based circle.
