Our facilitators are experienced in attending to individual needs, creating a safe and supportive environment, and working with patients with various chronic conditions.What to expect:These movement sessions use gentle movement, breathing, mindful awareness and meditation to help your whole self. Typically these are done once every two weeks or weekly as the schedule allows.Payment would be required at least 24 hours to the first appointment. To pay, click "reserve a spot", then scroll down and you will see the option to purchase the "Initial 2-Visit Package (New Student)".
