Join us at Monday Night Brewing Nashville for an upbeat, personal trainer led workout class! Expect a mix of instructed strength training and HIIT (high intensity interval training) to get that heart rate up. This class is for all fitness levels, as modifications and progressions can/will be provided. Post class, enjoy a cold beer with your new fitness friends (who also enjoy a pint)!
Class will be held INSIDE!
