What is it?
A high-energy, non-contact boxing-inspired workout designed to help people with Parkinson’s disease or any type of movement disorder to improve:
Balance
Strength
Coordination
Speech projection and confidence
Who is it for?
Anyone living with movement disorders — all fitness levels welcome. No boxing experience required!
What to expect:
-Punching drills on heavy bags (no hitting people!)
-Footwork and agility exercises
-Functional strength training to make daily activities easier
-Vocal drills to improve speech and breathing
-A fun, supportive community focused on fighting back against Parkinson’s

What to bring:
Comfortable workout clothes, water, and a willingness to move. Boxing gloves or wraps.
