My friend, author and Sage Circle creator/facilitator, Barbara Gunn Lartey, offers her guests an intimate, interactive and soul filled journey of wisdom, spirit and healing based on her first book, "Morsels of Sage".

I have personally experienced one of Barbara's Sage Circles in the past and this is why I am quite eager to invite you to next Sunday's event...I loved every minute of the circle I attended last fall!  Barbara is an eloquent and gifted facilitator who, in my opinion, could captivate an audience reading the phone book.  The fact that she shares tried and true life wisdom in such a candid, authentic way makes her one of my best teachers.  There is no substitute for the power that lies in Barbara's willingness to be seen and heard in this unique way.

Who is Barbara?

Barbara Gunn Lartey is an author, advocate, attorney and mother of three fabulous daughters - a role she considers her greatest honor.  Her testimony includes overcoming circumstances in her life that at times seemed more like a living hell than blissful excursion.  Barbara’s journey has led her to a place of surrender and the decision to soar no matter what comes her way.  Her commitment to press through difficult situations grew and inspired her to become an engaging and poignant teacher and speaker.  Her signature seminar, the dynamic, multi-sensory Savory Sage Circle, is a transformational experience designed to cultivate community and introspective insight, and has been enjoyed throughout the United States.

Barbara has tasted the culture of over 15 countries, including completing a two year tenure as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Equatorial Guinea - a Spanish speaking country in West Africa.  As a law student in Capetown, South Africa, she studied and observed the Truth and Reconciliation Commission - the process envisioned to heal the nation past the pain of atrocities during the apartheid era.  She even sat on Nelson Mandela’s bed in his Robben Island J*il cell!

Barbara is committed to moving through life with humility, integrity, excellence and courage to honor the Authentic Self - the foundation of her professional and spiritual philosophy.
