REV. STEVE EDINGTON Discussing THE GOSPEL ACCORDING TO JACK

Join us as Rev. Steve Edington discusses his new book, The Gospel According to Jack: Tracking Kerouac in My Life. Through meditations on Kerouac’s life, art, and restless searching, Edington weaves together literary reflection and personal journey. The Gospel According to Jack offers an uplifting and wise exploration of faith, creativity, and what it means to seek meaning in a vast, mysterious universe.

Rev. Steve Edington is a retired Unitarian Universalist minister and Minister Emeritus of the UU Church of Nashua, where he served for 24 years. A longtime member and past president of the Lowell Celebrates Kerouac committee, he has helped champion the legacy of Jack Kerouac and Lowell’s annual Kerouac Festival. Edington has taught “Literature of the Beat Movement” at UMass Lowell and contributes occasionally to Beat Scene Magazine.
