*What: Public Charcuterie Workshop 

This 'boarding school' will teach you the ins and outs of creating the perfect board. Whether you're a charcuterie enthusiast or a newbie looking to impress your guests, this workshop is great for you.  Your finished board will be the perfect addition if you are heading to a party or for you to enjoy as a treat yourself at home or with a special someone! 

Please note this workshop is geared towards adults!

EACH TICKET INCLUDES:
• Small keepsake (if registered and paid by December 1st)
• 1 beverage from the bar
• A salty snack
• Palm leaf disposable board - finished board will serve 4 generously 
• Box for transporting
• Ingredient kit: fine cheeses and charcuterie + all the additional accoutrements for creating the perfect board  
• Step by step teaching and guidance led by me (Amy) to help with arranging, styling and pairing tips
• Jar of honey or jam
• Honey dipper or spreader
• Tips and tricks for taking an instagram worthy photo 
• An entry to a small giveaway that will be drawn at the end of class for one lucky winner 

Learn a lifeskill that will help turn you into the hostess with the mostess! (as my mother would say!)

*Price: $70/ticket 

**1 ticket = 1 person per charcuterie arrangement
