Welcome to beautiful powerful Akka!
We will work in humility with this powerful mountain. For me, the mountain represents wisdom about the ancient feminine power. The mountain's message to me is also about self-love. What will the mountain tell you?
This is a journey for those who want to learn to cooperate and converse with the mountains and nature.
The ceremonies and working methods during this journey are from the Inca shamanic tradition. We will make a despacho, a gift to the mountain where we ask for permission to work with the mountain. We will then work with the mountains and the elements.
We start at 3 pm on day 1 (Thursday) and end at 12 pm on day 4 (Sunday).
Day 1 Cleansing of heavy energies
Day 2 Gift ceremony, cleansing, contact with the elements and the place
Day 3 Working with Akka
Day 4 Replenish with the energies of the elements, thank the place.
NOTE! We work with the elements and in harmony with nature. Depending on the weather, the activities during the days may be moved. This is because we want to be in flow with nature. The mountain world can offer all kinds of weather and seasons in one and the same day. Pack clothes for all kinds of weather and comfortable shoes for hiking.
To get to Akka, you go to Ritsem. From Ritsem, you take a helicopter over to STF's Akka cabins. Alternatively, you take a boat across the lake (cancelled if it is too windy) and hike up to the Akka cabins. From the Akka cabins it is a 2 km hike to Akka.

There are 10 places on this trip.
Extra costs: Accommodation, food, helicopter or boat from Ritsem to Akka cabins round-trip.
You book your own accommodation and bring and prepare your own food.
At STF's mountain station you can book a bed in a multi-bed room (bunk beds). It is also possible to bring your own tent and pay for a tent site at the mountain station. It is also possible to camp free of charge outside the mountain station area.
You also need to bring some equipment.

On Wednesday, April 22nd at 7 pm, those who are going on the trip will be able to participate in a digital meeting. During the meeting, I will talk about the trip and there is the opportunity to ask practical questions about the trip. Everyone who is going on the trip will also be invited to a closed Facebook group where you can make contacts even before the trip and maybe plan to carpool up.

Vi kommer att arbeta i ödmjukhet med detta kraftfulla berg. För mig representanter berget visdom om den urÄldriga feminina kraften. Bergets budskap till mig handlar Àven om sjÀlvkÀrlek. Vad kommer berget att sÀga dig?
Detta Àr en resa för dig som vill lÀra dig att samarbeta och samtala med bergen och naturen.
Ceremonierna och arbetssÀtten under denna resa Àr frÄn den inka shamanska traditionen. Vi kommer att göra en despacho, en gÄva till berget dÀr vi ber om lov att fÄ arbeta med berget. Vi kommer sedan att arbeta med bergen och elementen.
Vi startar kl 15 dag 1 (torsdagen) och avslutar kl 12 dag 4 (söndagen).

OBS! Vi arbetar med elementen och i samklang med naturen. Beroende pÄ vÀder kan aktiviterna under dagarna komma att flyttas om. Detta för att vi vill vara i flöde med naturen. FjÀllvÀrlden kan bjuda pÄ alla slags vÀder och Ärstider pÄ en och samma dag. Packa klÀder för alla slags vÀder och bekvÀma skor för vandring.
För att ta dig till Akka Äker du till Ritsem. FrÄn Ritsem Äker du helikopter över till STFs Akka stugor. Alternativt tar du bÄt över sjön (stÀlls in om det blÄser för mycket) och vandrar upp till Akka stugorna. FrÄn Akka stugorna Àr det 2 km vandring till Akka.

Det finns Àven möjlighet att tÀlta kostnadsfritt utanför fjÀllstationens omrÄde. För dig som bor vid Akka stugorna finns tillgÄng till vedeldad bastu.
