- **Event Description**: We are thrilled for Unison Harp Yoga to be returning for our seasonal sessions in 2025.  Join us for 1.5 hours of gentle and supported Yin Yoga accompanied by the soothing sounds of the Harp.

11:11 Health and Wellbeing in partnership with Alison Ware from Harp Care

Sundays 29 June 9.30 to 11.00pm, 21 September 2.00 to 3.30pm and 7 December from 2.00 to 3.30pm.

Choose one session for $59 or book two or more sessions to save 10%.

The harp is ancient instrument with unique acoustic qualities and has long been associated with the healing arts. In each harp yoga session Alison creates music that complements Jo’s yoga sequence to help promote feelings of wellbeing, deep rest, and comfort.

Yin Yoga is a floor-based practice, were you support your body in each shape to allow for deep release and relaxation.  Each pose is held for 3-5 minutes and we finish our session with an extended guided meditation.

Our new home is at The Sanctuary at 17 Brockman Street, Narrabundah, the acoustics in this space are amazing, allowing the sounds of the harp to wash over you and the inviting yoga space will welcome and calm you.
