The Merry-go-Round of Life: A different perspective on grief & loss
It is well documented that as humans, we all form connections, a bond or affection to people, place and community. These may be a relationship, a pet, a job, special items, a way of life or even a home. And then as part of life, when these things are lost, misplaced or changed, we experience different levels of grief and loss. Grief is our natural response to the loss.
In this session, we explore how we perceive our losses in life’s ‘round-about’, and how these may be the swings we need to grow and assist and support us in moving forward. Facilitated by a trained counsellor, learn how to look at our life’s experiences through different lenses, gaining a new perspective on how we may choose to experience these normal bumps in one’s life
