Carmarthen Bay
Saundersfoot Bay


Free time for: Exploring local cafés, pubs, shops, or simply relaxing with coastal views

Evening activities: Optional sunset dips, shared meals, and social time

Finale: Farewell swim to complete the Welsh wild swimming experience

🎒 What You’ll Need to Bring:
Swim & training kit
Wet weather gear
Money
Water shoes, trainers & hiking shoes
Small rucksack
Head torch
At least 2 swim costumes
Changing robe
Wetsuit (can be hired in advance – pre-order required)

🍴 Meals:
Lunch, dinner & drinks are not included
Please bring snacks and a reusable water bottle
There are plenty of nearby cafés, pubs, restaurants, and small shops where you can pick up meals between adventures
