Join Vivi for a gentle 90-minute Breathwork & Sound Healing
This intensive is designed to help you unwind and settle into a quieter state of being. You’ll be guided through breathing techniques that encourage ease and presence. As you relax, soothing tones melt into the calm of sound healing.
Vivi is the Lead Teacher at YogaSix Naples. She obtained her Yoga teaching credentials after a grueling 200 hours focused on hot yoga. Since then, she has continued to enhance her practice by obtaining another 500 hours of YTT along with continuing education in Yoga certification (YACEP).
