It’s nourishing food that is required to meet the Certified http://HealthyVeganFood.info standard consisting of this 6 pillar standard…1 - Zero animal products2 - Zero alcohol3 - Whole plant fiber4 - Zero added oil ( please be certain there's no added oil in the food dish you bring ) + keep % of calories from fat @ 10% max5 - Zero added salt6 - Zero refined sugar ( dates, molasses and maple syrup are ok )It’s a food standard that can, in good conscience, be called healthy and will not cause intentional harm to your body… the way all food should be!To participate in the pot luck each attendee should please bring a HVF compliant dish to share among approx 4 to 6 people. You can either make one or buy one ( although buying prepared food that meets the HVF standard is nearly impossible ).
